AmoreVore: Farm Food Experience with Deep Roots- one of the hottest pop-up

As part of the AmoreVore Food & Art Festival and in its feasting programme, on Friday 26th, you can visit the Ca’n Pere Mussona farm and eat at Deep Roots Pop-up: Farm Food Experience.

A spin on the classic pop-up that’s all about gathering and community.

You won’t want to miss this pop-up lunch on our farm. Set beside San Carlos, an idyllic countryside location, fields full of wild grass and grazing animals.

With our expertise chef our back to the basics menu we’ll surprise you in flavors, textures, and techniques.

Check the lineup for a culinary feast of six dishes and two desserts, with wine pairings in the gorgeous space at the farm.

Only on the 26th of October from 13.00 h to 16.00 h, 50 guests will be treated to a specially designed menu that will be a feast of flavors and fresh produce with something for everyone.

We’ve put together a custom menu that you‘ll love.

The menu:

. Farm lamb kebab with baba ganoush

. Tuna tartare with guacamole and pickled red onion

. Local whitefish ceviche with smoke corn and sweet potato

. Our free range Chicken curry with cinnamon basmati rice

. Pork terrine with applesauce and jugo

. Cappuccino of burrata and gazpacho with black olive jelly

Dessert:

. Carrot cake and cheese cream

. Mini pavlova with seasonal fruit and Ibizan toasted almonds

 

The price is 70 Euro per person including drinks.

We will welcome the guest with a special tour at our organic farm with Ronnie, the owner. We will visit the animals and our vegetable garden.

The farm participates in a program to recover spices such as the black pig from Ibiza and the island’s native pigs.

Apothecary-Style Cocktail Selection – 

Oriol has taken mixology to another level, creating a menu of herby tinctures, shrubs, and foraged plants.
