Currently, FOSH Catering runs more than 200 events a year and works exclusively with 8 venues in Mallorca. In addition to many events in Ibiza and Formentera with Deep Roots Catering since 2018.
He began his culinary career at the Greenhouse restaurant in London, before moving on to the Chelsea Room, with a Michelin star.
He moved to Spain in 1991, and since then he has developed his unique cooking style. Marc Fosh’s renowned cooking style is light, fresh and creative.
In 2002, Marc Fosh became the first and only British chef to receive a Michelin star in Spain.
Recently Marc has published his first cookbook: “Modern Mediterranean: Sun-drenched recipes from Mallorca and beyond.”
The roots of the business date back to 2002, when Kevin Becker began cooking with Marc Fosh in his Michelin-starred restaurant in Mallorca.
His entrepreneurial spirit led him to expand the business to a cooking school and a restaurant in Palma.
From here began the roots of the company FOSH Catering, supervised by chef Marc Fosh.
Fabrizio Giunta has been in the banquet business for over fifteen years and, together, they are a perfect balance.
Over the years, Kevin and Fabrizio’s DNA had never changed. Their mission focuses on creativity, planning, and perfect execution.
Their vision, persistence and business maturity have led them to be known for their excellence and quality.
The restaurant is located at the hotel Convent de la Missió de Palma. The restaurant opened with excellent reviews and has quickly become the main culinary destination of Palma.
