They are committed to the revival of ancient fermentation techniques, their use in the modern world, and ways to make them accessible to a wide audience.
In other words, their ferments are not only super healthy they are also delicious.
Los Fermentistas pride themselves on their ethics, sourcing most of their ingredients from a cooperative of local organic farmers and running reuse initiatives with their clients and distributors.
This unique culinary experience would not be complete without an incredible atmosphere.
