The philosophy of Deep Roots is local, versatile, dynamic and innovative, and with sufficient flexibility to collaborate with local producers, developing unique experiences and creating special moments.
Our next experience is in collaboration with ‘Los Fermentistas’, a local company that handcrafts all kinds of fermented products.
They are committed to the revival of ancient fermentation techniques, their use in the modern world, and ways to make them accessible to a wide audience.
In other words, their ferments are not only super healthy they are also delicious.
Los Fermentistas pride themselves on their ethics, sourcing most of their ingredients from a cooperative of local organic farmers and running reuse initiatives with their clients and distributors.
This unique culinary experience would not be complete without an incredible atmosphere.
The experiences and special moments of Deep Roots are something exceptional that you can not miss, this time the meeting will be on April 18 at the Agroturism Las Mariposas.
An original rural house with a taste of Ibiza, faithfully restored and transformed into an Agrotourism. The personalized service and the cozy atmosphere will make you feel at home.
The ten rooms and cottages are furnished with care and charm, respecting the authentic Ibiza style in each of them.
It is an oasis of peace, tranquility, and privacy hidden in el campo, just 10 minutes from Ibiza.

“Eating is an ethical act, where our food is sourced, how we get it, what it’s packaged in and what we do with the leftovers, that whole cycle is as important as what we put into ourselves “ – Los Fermentistas
